We have a simple and festive recipe that will add a touch of sparkle to your holiday trays. These non-alcoholic sugar plum cocktails are so 50's and glamorous. Plus, they taste lovely and are delightfully refreshing.
½ cup granulated sugar and rock candy sticks (optional)
1 cup fresh cranberry juice
1 cup red plums
2 bottles Welch's Sparkling White Grape Juice, chilled
⅓ cup lime juice
1. Place the sugar in a shallow dish. Heat sugar and water over stove to make a candied glue mix. Dip the cranberries and plums in the mix and shake off the excess; roll in the sugar. Arrange coated fruit on a wire rack to dry for at least 1 hour. Skewer cranberries and plums on decorative cocktail picks.
2. Stir the white grape juice and cranberry juice with the lime juice in a pitcher or punch bowl. Serve over ice and garnish with cocktail picks. Add candy rock sticks for an added sparkle.
