December is so dear to us at EnRose. It is a month filled with some very important birthdays! A year ago on December 12, we launched EnRose Magazine and Rosie Toes Outreach in honor of our sweet angelic sister Kristen Rose, who went to be with Jesus after a tragic car accident. Her birthday is on December 12th, and it means so much to us to be able to honor her with EnRose and Rosie Toes; a gift of love shared all over the world. More important than it being our first birthday, and our angelic sister’s birthday, December is the month of the birthday of Christ.
Our theme for this month is December Marvels. The month of December is wrapped in ribbons and bows, but far more important than the pretty presents under the tree are the gifts that come from our hearts. At EnRose, we want to encourage you this month to marvel in gifts that will far surpass the short terms pleasure of possessions. Instead, this month we are purposefully focusing on the marvelous gifts of love, peace, joy, hope, reconciliation, and grace. These are the gifts that bring the greatest joy; they permeate our days with meaning and significance.

We’ll be sharing tips for the parties you’ll be hosting and recipes for the marshmallows you’ll be roasting. And we’re sharing tales of the glories from Christmases long, long ago! In this issue we've rounded up our favorite holiday styles to make sure you are decked for the season; from Holiday Hair Tutorials to the most Wonderful Seasonal Scents. We are also sharing a guide on how to truly enjoy all the wonder of the season, with easy steps on how to simplify the holiday chaos. And it wouldn’t be December without a roundup of festive Holiday treats. Your taste buds will be dancing as we have the most delightful recipes for Christmas morning. Cinnamon Buns, Marshmallow Cupcakes, and Sugarplum Punch are coming your way.
This is such a special month for us. Though we miss our precious sister dearly, we are honored to carry on her legacy of love with all of you lovely rosebuds. We know that she’s with Christ and that brings us a peace that surpasses all understanding. This season we invite you to come with us as we marvel in the glorious gifts that are intangible but real and needed by all!
