The month of October is defined by pumpkin!  From pumpkin patches, to pumpkin recipes, to pumpkin carving, this beloved gourd is the centerpiece of the season. While we love a classic carved pumpkin, we wanted to add our own fun twist to the usual burlap and brown Autumn decorations this season....

Autumn has arrived along with it's brisk air.  But embracing Fall's chillier temperatures doesn't mean you have to forgo your style.  We adore Autumn for the vibrant foliage, the crisp air, and for the fashion....

The crispness in the air, welcomes the sweet and savory flavors of Autumn's seasonal harvest.  Fall’s favorite fruit, Apple, offers more benefits than merely a satisfied palate.  This crisp, white-fleshed fruit with a red, yellow or green skin are packed with powerful antioxidants, provide a great source of fiber, and are packed with high amounts of vitamin C.  Plus, did you know apple’s belong to the Rose family of plants, Rosaceae?  Hence, their sweet subtle rosy aroma!  Keep reading for all the benefits this delicious fruit offers....
